Which one are you?

You run your own groups: set up an activity, add the people in it, hand each one a QR to scan, then watch everyone live and reach them by message or voice. It all happens in your browser — nothing to install.

1. Go to api.koperwas.com/console in any browser.
2. Paste the organizer credential your admin gave you and click Connect.
3. Your browser remembers it, so next time you’re signed in automatically.

1. Under Activities, type a name (e.g. “Saturday Ride”) and click Create activity.
2. An activity is any event, ride, run, or shift your people join.

1. Under Participants, type a name and click Add participant & show QR — a QR appears on screen.
2. Have them scan it in the KETRACK app (see the participant guide). That’s the whole sign-up.
3. For an open event, click Join QR on an activity instead: one QR everyone scans and self-names.

1. Click See board in the top bar to open the live map.
2. Every active person shows on one map with a live trail; the roster shows who’s active and finished.
3. Click a person’s dot to Message them (typed, read aloud on their phone) or Talk (record your voice).
4. Use the Notify panel to reach one person, a group, or everyone at once.

Whether you ride, run, walk, work, or move with a crew, KETRACK lets the people running your event or team see you live and reach you hands-free. Signing up takes seconds — scan one code and you’re in. No account, no password.

1. Install the KETRACK app (your organizer sends a TestFlight invite or App Store link).
2. Open it and allow location when asked — that’s how you appear on the map.

1. Tap Enroll with a code / QR on the start screen.
2. Tap Scan QR and point your phone at the organizer’s QR — or type the short code they gave you.
3. That’s it: your phone is enrolled and remembers you.

1. Pick your activity from the list, enter your name if it isn’t already there, and tap Start.
2. Move normally — you show up live on the organizer’s board with your route drawing behind you.

1. Messages from the organizer are read aloud automatically — keep moving, no need to look.
2. Tap Pause to stop sharing briefly, Stop when you’re done.

The Monitor app lets you follow one specific person live — a family member on a ride, a lone worker, a teammate. You watch just them on a map and can send a message that’s read aloud on their phone.

1. Ask the person for their watch code (shown on their phone in Global mode), or have them send you a named invite (Private mode).
2. A watch code lets anyone with it follow; a private invite is named and can be revoked anytime.

1. Install the KETRACK Monitor app and open it.
2. Enter the watch code (or open the invite) and tap to pair.
3. You’ll see them live on the map with their route, speed, distance, and time.

1. Send a message from the Monitor — it’s spoken aloud on their phone, hands-free.
2. If they’re in Private mode, they can revoke your invite at any time.
